This nose ring is ok. It's pretty and sparkles when the light catches it at the right angle. The reason I only rated it a 3 is because the stone is kind of chunky and sits high on my nostril. It doesn't catch the light as much as I'd like it to, and the metal prongs cover a lot of the diamond. It doesn't look anything like the picture shown here. Also, the "gold" is kind of cheap. It flaked off when we bent the screw.
I wish I'd spent $50 more for a better quality diamond and setting from alluring body jewelry. Also, the screw was too tight, so my piercer bent it, and now it hangs out of my nose a lot. Then when I push it up in my nostril, the diamond sticks way up and you can actually see the stem out of the top of my nose.
I'm currently looking for another nose ring. I regret spending $30 on this one.

I loved the product. I didn't have the trouble putting it in that others seemed to have, but then I've used nose "screws" before. I really wanted to tell everyone what great service I got with this company! My product didn't come in the mail when it should have. So, I called Body Candy and talked to a HUMAN (which is uncommmon now days) and the problem was resolved quickly. They sent me another one right out and I got it within a few days. It was a pleasure doing business with Body Candy!

Please, please PLEASE! don't go to a piercer to put this nose-ring on. What a waste of time and poo on you if you end up paying money for something you can totally do yourself: hold the nose-screw by the diamond and place the end onto your pierce. You may need to hold the diamond with a tissue so you have a good grip. Put your thumb inside your nostril and gently push the tip of the screw into your pierce. TURN THE NOSE-SCREW (in the direction of the screw) and keep turning until you can gently push the entire screw in -- you'll know this when you feel the tip of the screw begin to push against your thumb, and then just push it on through. DONE! Now here's what makes it "almost perfect": the stem is too long, and I find myself constantly twisting my nose-screw so the stem doesn't show. Otherwise it looks like you have a 14K gold buger hanging from your nose.

Good Price for this !! the 14kt white gold shines and the diamond although small sparkles but I wish it was a 2mm stone at least. I like the design but the twist is too tight. I had to pull it out a little with a pair of pliers so I could put it in. Once it was in it was comfortable. Don't waste money on going to a shop.

I was in need of an updated nose ring since I had the last one in for 3 years, I got this is the mail within a week, and while yes the screw is tighter than the other nose ring I had, I didnt find it very difficult to put in. I think that is because I took my other one out a lot so I was used to putting it back in.
In all, great deal and I am very happy with my purchase.
